Description

Light brown, darker brown in some protected areas. Only a few trivial marks, as well as two tiny laminations on the obverse at the upper cheek and right of star 4. Struck slightly off-center, causing some weakness at STATES but otherwise readable legends and a bold, complete date. There is also a tiny planchet clip at star 13.
