1837 HT-73 Half cent Token in copper, NGC AU58 BN.  Although this is actually a Hard Times Token (Low-49, HT-73), it is generally collected along with the regular US Mint-issued half cents.  Listed in the Redbook and in Robert A. Schuman's relatively new work, "The True Hard Times Tokens".  Very scarce and quite popular!  This example is original, totally problem-free and extremely pleasing.
