Beatrix Potter collection plush stuffed animal: Samuel Whiskers by Eden, 2007.  Whiskers is approx. 9” tall sitting down. Good used condition.  Snag in the fabric of his pants – but it looks like it might be from mfg.  Will be shipped in a polymailer.
