E. Ingraham & Co. Illustrated Catalog and Price List
1880. The American Clock and Watch Museum published a limited reproduction of the 1881 edition of this catalog in April 1965. At that date this was believed to have been the earliest known trade catalog of this firm’s products. However, since this date two earlier catalogs, dating from 1879 and 1889 were found with several earlier price lists, dating back to 1865, among uncataloged documents in this library. The 1880 catalog was selected in preference to the 1879 for this reprinting, since the later had mor illustrations, additional models, and all prices and cuts appearing in the 1879 were the same as in the 1880, and the 1880 was fancier. In this reprinting a not has been added to each page indicating the date span during which each model was believed to have been manufactured. 62 pages. Soft cover. Reprint copyright 1972. Excellent condition.
