SHIPPING
Most items ship out of Bedford, TX. In some scenarios items will ship from Grapevine, TX. Shipment of items occurs same day as payment if payment is received before 2PM CST, however, there are exceptions.
Items ship via USPS and UPS. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to adjusted shipping rates, if it is possible to ship. Please allow up to 2 weeks for items to arrive in these situations.
No international sales.
Signature will be required on items over 0.
If you are local you may pick up your item in store. Be sure to select local pickup at checkout.
RETURNS
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase through eBay.
Items must be returned undamaged, in original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, and documentation for a full refund.
Clamshell items must be returned unopened.
In most cases customers are covered by the manufacture warranty and should contact the manufacture if their item is discovered to be malfunctioning or defective.
All open box item sales are final except for manufacture defects.
