King Recording Bell Tuba in Bb. Condition is "Seller refurbished".  No case.  This king tuba is in good playing condition, the valves work smoothly with good compression, the slides move well.  Its been professionally cleaned.  Its been looked over and repaired and is ready to go.  Its not in great cosmetic condition.  There is plenty of lacquer ware.  All dents have been removed that can be without taking the tuba apart.  The bottom bow was deeply dented and the bottom guard wire was too damaged to be salvaged.  The bottom bow has been rounded as much as possible without taking the tuba apart.  I've tried to show this well in the pictures.  I think that this does not effect the playing of the tuba at this point.
I have tried to show all imperfections and signs of repair but something may have been missed but nothing major that effects the playing of the tuba.
The bell appears not top be original based on the slightly different color to the lacquer but it fits well.
The horn plays well and in tune.  The King 1240 is a great economy tuba that is rather compact for how full of a sound it has.  Great for a beginner but useful even to a professional.
