You are purchasing an antique/vintage  ORIGINAL DISPLAY Card for PLUTO Genuine Swiss Needle Files
Probably once used for Pattern Makers/Jeweler's Tool
Files themselves look to be in good condition
In AS "I" FOUND condition
Original cardboard display is AWESOME and measures 9" x 10-1/2" (may have been sheared off at the top a bit a the "crosses" appear to be in half
