Up for your consideration is a gorgeous Vintage
Milk Glass Bowl done in the Westmoreland
"Old Quilt" style. This is a knock off, but was done very nicely. It measures 3" tall and it's diameter is 7.5". There is no manufacturer mark on this item.This bowl is in excellent,like new condition, and I think it would mix in nicely with your authentic Westmoreland pieces.
