A house in Homer that sold for $290,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cortland County between Oct. 19 and Nov. 1.
In total, nine residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past two weeks, with an average price of $310,167, or $144 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 19 to the week of Nov. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
